is passionate about Zumba!!! She has always loved to dance but when she realized that she could dance and work out at the same time she felt like she hit the jackpot! She has run the Boston Marathon, done the Avon 2-day Walk, gone on bike ride vacations but nothing compares to the wonderful feeling she gets after doing an hour long Zumba class. She is hoping to spread this message to others and to get every woman out there dancing and feeling good about themselves and their lives. Zumba is the medicine for all of us- she would love to meet you at one of her classes… Zumba is life!

Cat Cardoso, R.Y.T (200 hour) always understood the benefits of yoga but could never quiet her mind long enough to experience any of them. A yoga-based class at her gym where the postures were choreographed to music changed all that. Having spent more than 10 years as a dancer and gymnast, finally this was a way for Cat to connect with yoga. After becoming certified to teach the class at the gym, Cat realized that she wanted to more and went on to the teacher training at Central Mass Yoga and Wellness in 2011. In the summer of 2013, Cat attended Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher training with Sarah Powers. These varied trainings has provided Cat with a wealth of experience which allows her to help customize yoga classes for many different populations and physical abilities. Cat enjoys connecting with her students to find out precisely what they are looking for in class.
