Zumba with Judy in Sudbury, Acton and Concord!
Hi fellow dancers:
What a rockin week of Zumba we had-attendance was amazing for most of the classes and I see many of you really “stepping it up a notch” which is our theme for the new year. Also so many of the new students are catching on and really making the commitment to do something for their physical and mental well being. You would be amazed at what Zumba ® Fitness can do to bring down your blood pressure and cholesteral-just ask my doctor-she now recommends our workout to all of her patients. There is NO downside so come on out THIS WEEK and join one of our many classes.
Reminders:
If you are coming to class for the very first time it is helpful to come 10 minutes early to sign some paperwork, meet the instructor, and most important-learn the location of the ladies room. If you are early enough we will show you some of the basic steps as well.

February is BE KIND TO YOUR HEART month-we encourage you to come and try a class if you have never done so. We are offering Valentine’s Day gift certificates for 5 classes ($55) which you can purchase for a friend or family member or you can suggest to them that they purchase a gift certificate for you-roses and chocolate are still great but a 5 class card will last longer not to meniton all the good music you will be dancing to!!
One of our regulars is looking for a “name” for those of us who take Zumba classes-are we Zumballerinas? Zumbettes? Let me know your creative answer!!!
I attended the event BE HEALTHY BOSTON yesterday and was inspired by all the speakers telling us to Live Boldly and learning how to transform our lives to be where we want to be. I learned that Getting Fit and Healthy is NOT an all or nothing approach-every little act counts!!! We are all really good at dieting but not that good at eating and we should be more mindful of what we are ingesting and don’t worry so much. When you come to class you are doing one of those acts and it MAKES a DIFFERENCE!
THURS night and SAT morning I will be teaching (along with my other usual days) and look forward to meeting some of the new students I have not yet had the pleasure. We are SO lucky to have 3 other wonderful and highly skilled instructors and it makes me smile when All I hear are great things about their classes-I’m so fortunate to have them on staff.
