Zumba with Judy in Acton, Concord and Sudbury!!

It’s PARTY time-we will all be watching the Super Bowl in less than an hour and rooting on our favorite team!!!! GO PATS!! Speaking of parties, I have had so much fun this week doing three Zumba PARTIES-one for the National Charity League Concord Chapter-15 energetic and sweet Sophomore girls- one for the the Newton. group of 50 Au Pairs from Sweden,and Germany and beyond-boy could they dance and finally a group of amazing moms/dancers from the Sudbury Cooperative Preschool. I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Channel 5’s Chronicle Show last Friday. I commented on the new yogaverse articles that have been published recently. I’ll keep you posted as to when the show will be aired. I do not have anything against Yoga at all-I just spoke about the fact that it does not resonate with everyone. For me personally, I can’t get past the “being quiet “ part in the beginning of class. It is a great workout and so good for your body and mind-we all have our favorite things……
Full week of classes this week. Please try and attend the ACTON WED EVENING class-such a nice room just waiting for you to shake your tassels there-class is at 6:30 PM. I’m teaching the Thursday evening class this week and look forward to meeting many of you whom I have not yet had the pleasure. There is SAT CLASS AT GERVAIS!!!!
Hope you are all enjoying wearing your Zumba tanks-they sure look nice on you from my viewpoint. I think you all shake your hips a little bit more with your Zumbawear!
