Zumba® class details:Zumba classes are an hour long which include a warm-up, Zumba dance with instruction, and a cool-down. Participants should wear comfortable clothing which allows them to move easily and wear sneakers. Your choice of location… An open conference room, a gym space or any large multi-purpose room works best. Price: varies based on number of participants and desired number of classes.

Created by Beto Perez, a fitness instructor and dance choreographer, Zumba® is based on traditional Latin salsa and merengue. Beto explains that the “routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training, which combine to successfully tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.”
